We are excited to announce the 2017 date and venue for Tampa Bay’s 4th Annual Author Awards Ceremony & Book Gala! Grab your table early before they’re gone.

Thursday, October 19th, 2017 from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Hampton Inn & Suites, 5329 Avion Park Drive, Tampa

This event features published authors from the Tampa Bay area who are making a difference in the community with their books. The night will be filled with music, drinks, food, prize raffles, award ceremony and an opportunity to speak with each author personally and purchase their works.

Richter Publishing’s Title Feature Rock the Crowd by Pierce Brunson

Pierce Brunson has 13 years teaching in the public school system as a high school Social Studies teacher, majoring in World History and Sociology. As a teacher, Pierce has a natural gift to rock the crowd, and every day he knew the power of taking the stage in front of students and delivering a great lesson. Being a sponge for learning ideas that would work with his students, Pierce started to use the techniques of other campus crowd rockers to greatly improve his teaching techniques. The second part of his life involves developing content that helps high school students grow the best skills possible to follow their personal path to success. A little about Rock the Crowd—

“On The Road: From A Block Of Clay” —

My previous book, FROM A BLOCK OF CLAY, POTLUCK EDITION, Concluded with these words: “Let the journey begin…” Well, my journey has truly begun, and I am now “on the road”. I believe it is the path God prepared specifically for me to travel even before I was born. While there were many detours, with God’s help– and of others whom he sent to walk the path with me—I am moving forward. We are all on a journey, and we all have a story to tell. The stories in ON THE ROAD show the progression of my journey with its twists, turns, back-tracking, and going forward again. Your life’s journey may be somewhat similar to mine, or quite different. Either way, it is my prayer that, as you read, you will realize you are not alone on this journey called life. May you learn there is hope that a new, smoother path could be just ahead.
